Designed for absolute beginners and returning members, this structured programme will introduce you to the core techniques, fitness exercises, and discipline of boxing, all while building confidence and improving overall fitness.
You may have experience elsewhere, you may be a complete beginner.
Either way, this 4 week course is not JUST for complete beginners. It's also perfect for returning members who feel too out of shape to jump back into regular sessions, and for those with experience in other martial arts disciplines who want to experience the unique way we train here at Rings Boxing.
