DECLARATION / HEALTH AND SAFETY AGREEMENT / INDUCTION, IF REQUESTED

My Membership includes the use of the facilities and induction.
The Gym has the right to refuse admission, terminate Membership, and alter facilities, opening hours, and prices without notice.
Membership may not be frozen and is not transferable, negotiable, or refundable.
I have informed the gym staff about any health-related problems that I have and filled in the Par-Q Form.
After using free weights and dumbbells, I will put them back on the weight racks.
I will unload machines after use and put weights back on the weight racks.
I won’t lean weights on the walls, machines, or leave them on the floor.
If any damage is caused to Gym facilities due to my negligence, I understand I may be liable for the damages.
I will put empty bottles, cans, and other rubbish in the bins.
I will wipe down machines before and after use.

"Rings Boxing Limited" does not accept any responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of property or personal injury. We will not be held liable should such incidents occur.

If the member does not have sufficient experience or fitness level, they will contact a member of staff to arrange an induction course by a member of staff. This will also be offered verbally upon arrival.
I agree to wear suitable clothing and footwear when exercising.
I know that it is against Rings Boxing Gym rules to use the Gym whilst under the influence of alcohol, tranquillisers, narcotics, or any other substance which may affect my ability to exercise safely.
I agree that I will report any spills I may cause or find on the Gym floor to a member of staff immediately, so as to prevent injury to Gym users.
I agree that I will report any damages or possible tampered-with machines to a member of staff immediately so as to prevent injury to Gym users.

Members must cancel bookings at least 24 hours in advance if they are unable to attend a class or open gym session.
We reserve the right to charge £20 per no-show or £10 for a late cancellation (within 24 hours of the session start time).
Continued no-shows may result in booking restrictions or suspension of membership privileges.

Members must use the designated changing area upstairs to change footwear.
Changing at the gym entrance, in the gym, or in front of lockers is not permitted.
All bulky clothing items (jackets, hoodies, large bags, etc.) must be left in the changing area or lockers. Only bring training equipment and valuables downstairs.
Valuables should be securely stored in gym lockers.
Walkways and fire exits must remain clear at all times.

Outdoor footwear is not permitted in the gym or on the mats.
Members must bring a clean pair of boxing boots or indoor trainers to change into inside the changing room.
Members may not wear their indoor footwear outside and then bring them back in as “indoor” shoes.
We reserve the right to charge a £10 cleaning fee if outdoor footwear is worn inside the gym.

Any member found to be bringing non-members into the gym without consent will have their membership terminated.
CCTV Video imaging has been installed on the premises for prevention and monitoring.

Members who cancel their subscription will not be eligible for promotional offers within 56 days of cancellation.

By signing up as a member, you agree to follow all gym policies and procedures to ensure a safe and fair training environment for all members.
