Our Strength & Conditioning sessions are designed for all abilities and fitness levels, whether youβre a beginner, amateur, or working professional looking to get in shape. The sessions are simple, easy to follow, and fully adaptable so everyone can take part and make progress at their own pace. π₯ If youβre a boxer, we can tailor your programme to focus on boxing-specific strength and conditioning.

- π Warm-Up (10β15 mins): Dynamic stretches, mobility work, and light cardio to prepare your body.
- ποΈ Main Workout (25β30 mins): Strength and conditioning using weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. Focus on technique, building strength, and improving overall fitness.
- β‘ Finisher (5β10 mins): A short, fun challenge to boost endurance and motivation.
- π§ Cool-Down (5β10 mins): Stretching and mobility to support recovery and flexibility.
