Our Cadet's Boxing class is designed for teens aged 14-17 who are ready to take their boxing skills to the next level!

This structured, non-contact programme focuses on advanced techniques, improving overall fitness, and boosting self-discipline.

Whether your teen is new to boxing or already experienced, our expert trainers will guide them through a fun and challenging workout that builds strength, confidence, and resilience.

This class encourages teamwork and individual growth in a supportive environment.

We’re excited to welcome you to our new Meadow Lane location. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please follow these instructions on what to bring and wear:

Workout Gear

Wear comfortable, moisture-wicking athletic clothing that allows for free movement. Layers are a good idea for adjusting to different temperatures.

Boxing Gloves & Hand Wraps

Water Bottle

Towel

A small towel will help you stay comfortable by wiping off sweat.

Footwear

Please note that outdoor footwear is not permitted in the gym or on the mats. You can either:

Positive Attitude

Bring your enthusiasm and readiness to enjoy a great workout.

Lockers

We have lockable lockers available, but please bring your own padlock.
