Our Adult Beginner Boxing classes are perfect for those new to the sport or looking to build a solid foundation.

These fun, non-contact sessions focus on learning the basics of boxing, including proper stance, footwork, and punch techniques, while also boosting fitness and strength.

Led by our experienced coaches, you’ll gain confidence in the ring and improve your overall conditioning in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Whether you're here to get fit or start a new hobby, this class is the ideal introduction to the world of boxing!


Attendee Instructions: What to Bring

Prepare for your session at Rings Boxing Club!


We’re excited to welcome you to our new Meadow Lane location. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please follow these instructions on what to bring and wear:

Workout Gear

Wear comfortable, moisture-wicking athletic clothing that allows for free movement. Layers are a good idea for adjusting to different temperatures.

Boxing Gloves & Hand Wraps

Water Bottle

Towel

A small towel will help you stay comfortable by wiping off sweat.

Footwear

Please note that outdoor footwear is not permitted in the gym or on the mats. You can either:

Positive Attitude

Bring your enthusiasm and readiness to enjoy a great workout.

Lockers

We have lockable lockers available, but please bring your own padlock.
